      Hello,

We are working into Animal Husbandry and Livestock product development which is also related to dairy industry project to increase overall milk production.

So, I would like to know like which kind of adulteration material you want to measure into milk like how much water is added or how much detergent white powder is added or anything else?

So that i will check and will help accordingly because now a days people have started to develop such kind of digital devices to measure it which will be really helpful for dairy union and dairy industry to get quality milk without adding any adulteration.

      Regards,
      Ritesh Prajapati

        Hey Thanks for reply ,
For now lets say I am just concerned about detergent and water adulteration I am not concerned about concentration but more of a presence and should be an optical way to do it.
That’s why I asked if any1 has used any sensor for that use case.

          Hello,

I believe Ultrasonic Sensor can be used to detect both Water and Detergent part to added into milk but sorry to say that Ultrasonic sensor we have used just to measure distance.

I will check for the same and will let you know how it can be used to detect adulteration of milk.

          Regards,
          Ritesh Prajapati

Thank you see if you can suggest some good sensors that’s more than enough,I can train my model with raw data and create a huge sample before even start testing explicitly.
SR04 is too basic also it cannot be used on contact basis (can’t dip this anywhere)

              Hello,

Yes. HC-SR04 is mostly used to measure distance of object based on signals of objects.

So, I believe it won’t be used into your case as per requirements.

I will check few other options and will suggest to you accordingly.

              Regards,
              Ritesh Prajapati
